Teeth whitening is a topic and producing perfect shimmering teeth surface is something good, when Veneers are not available. I was watching all these whitening teeth videos, and found myself shooting photos of my teeth. I enjoy this bleaching tooth paste, which I use already a week. It closes the pores of the teeth, too, so teeth are protected. Here is the making of:
I take special care, because in advance of singing, my mouth has to be trained perfect. Sound production from the throat and trying different places, perfect breathing and movements need complete reliance on solid teeth and special care. This tooth paste I produced, helps to whiten and protect the teeth, but eliminates those coffee-&-smoking traces slowly. I had that inside, and it is getting better. I preer organic stuff to help myself, because I think, that the chemicals destroy some tooth substance. So here are my whitened teeth, day seven in special care:
I didn’t have coconut oil in the house, so I produced some from coconut flakes by cooking them in hot water. The rest I kept in this bowl in the fridge. The hot liquid was fatty, and I used two tablespoons into my bleaching toothpaste:
Hardened oil on top. So, I gained a little coconut oil by little work:
I enjoy my health care and special organic treatments, because I feel better and I can see on the photos, how the well being changes my face expression – and teeth. I am 55 years on this earth already, maybe I can encourage you to live more sustainable and organic to belittle your economic footprint.
