(TN/Target News) Report from August 22, 2017: Onipaa Jaisu’s wound is healing, he moves weak, but better, and not crooked. He feels horrified. My paper of visit from the entrance personnel, which I never received before, says,that he is there because of Verwaltungsstrafe/administration punishment/money. The prisoners said, they did not provide a doctor to make fotos of the injuries, nor to heal him. Onipaa Jaisu says, he has his medication, the food is regular. The officer said, that he can buy cigarettes inside the prison, 1090, Rossauer Lände 9, Polizeianhaltezentrum. There was no letter to start confinement in snailmail.
