November Beatzphere Jumps

It took me quite a while to change some administrative details. To update the software. To learn about new codes. My daddy’s best friend passed away, and it took me some weeks to adapt to the new situation. He was grand, fun, and he accompanied me when I was a kid, and the previous twenty five years:

In Memoriam Horst Bichler, Barrelhouse Jazzband, Vienna

Tons of incidence, varying real life modifications and slow downs altered my state of mind. Times are changing, so I focus on what I do. I bought and updated instruments, paid them out, possess some now. I feel glad about it. My DAW has new updates, and not only my external drive went bigger. More opportunites, more ways, more ideas and contacts evolved. My workspace changed, some habits changed, and my pinwall helps me to finish my Jumps project.

I found some studio to burn my CDs and print my covers, they are fast and close to Vienna. Most relevant this fall are my instruments, sets of strings, guitar polish, tuning, additional light spots, mirrors, fotos, and making video, of course. I jump through the green and seek nice places with neutral background.

As an inbetweeny I chose a little poem by Brentano for the children and youth to support their world wide climate strike. It is called Schwalbenwitz. I wanted to create a picture with two parts, inside and outside, respectively I tried to film natural light versus artificial light. It worked somehow, I placed a lamp under the cam and filmed.

Here is the link to see the full poem video on my facebook page: Sybil.Muzak

Maybe you would like to join my Sybil.Muzak Group there, we collect tips, tricks, video and news about music, how to become a better musician, or to hear about fellow musicians: Sybil.Muzak Group

By the way, FL Studio share an offer these days, I can recommend. The full version costs some hundred dollars instead of more than a thousand including VAT: FL Studio

I recommend not only the software, but the updates which come for free along with a licence to use the respective version. Their team published an online help file, which is very detailed to learn. They donate online videos to collect experience at first hand. Each update brings new things and, yes, of course, I will upgrade and I will have lifetime updates. My mobil version works, and happily I discovered some strong bluetooth earplugs at Klangfarbe in Music City Vienna. Flash in the center sells guitar stands for cheap, he owns his second hand music shop since years. Flash was a musician and sang Yellow Canguroo with his band. He’s there to speak and advice each day. Maybe you wana hear my broadcast about Austrian music, I found it in the archive of Radio OkiTalk.

I realize my small tracker is getting to small for me, but it is easy to use.
